Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

At Karkhano markets, our topmost priority is always customer satisfaction, and hence, we ensure the quality is unmatched, however, unfortunate events happen, and at times, the customer wants to return the purchased item. Hence, to make the process smooth and pleasant for both of us, we have designed set of rules or guides to help you navigate please go through our refund policy before placing one.

Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a replacement if your product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has missing parts
  • Is an incorrect or wrong item

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, delivery address, and proof of the issue (such as images or videos). Once your request is approved, you will need to return the item to us. The return process typically takes 2-4 days for the item to reach us.

Important Notes:

  • If only a specific part is missing or broken, we will send a replacement part instead of a full replacement.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, including electrical appliances burnt due to faulty wiring, will not be replaced.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, scratch-free, with all original packaging, seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • All returned items go through quality checks. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to send it back.
  • Defective items are replaced or claimed via warranty—they cannot be returned.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and approved by our QA team, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The refund may take longer depending on the refund method (store credit, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or credit card reversal).

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order..
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • No valid proof (such as an unboxing video) is provided for damaged or missing items.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • The refunded amount will be sent to the original payment method used for the order.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If the order has not been packed, you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
  • If the product has already been wrapped or packed, a minimal deduction will be applied to cover packaging costs.
